Get to Know Andrea

Andrea’s warm and gentle spirit creates a space where you can tell your story without judgment, work towards personal growth, and change the way you see yourself and others. She strives to make a counselling experience that is genuine, comfortable, and meaningful to each of her clients, where they can feel safe to share their vulnerabilities. In your work with Andrea, she will empower you to turn towards your inner pain and gain access to your incredible inner strengths. She is delighted to join clients with diverse backgrounds and perspectives on the road towards thriving, authenticity, and connection.

Education and Approach to Counselling

Andrea is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, has her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trinity Western University and completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Neuroscience Concentration from Calvin University. Her approach to counselling is attachment-based, emotion-focused, trauma informed, and person-centred, and she incorporates Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems in her work with clients. Andrea has experience working with teens and adults across the lifespan and spectrum of neurodiversity.

    Note: We ask that clients pay for their sessions directly. We will then issue a receipt, which you may submit to your provider for reimbursement. We are unable to bill your provider directly.
