Get to Know Christine
Christine believes that the accumulated effects of the many little things that each of us carries in life can overwhelm and take us out just as powerfully as sudden, major and painful events can. Wherever you find yourself in your journey, she will walk alongside you as you discover the stuck points that hold you back from living the best possible life that you can. She is committed to helping you make sense of the chaos, rebuild what is broken, grieve what is lost, clarify what matters most to you and be empowered to realign your life. Christine offers a caring, supportive and nonjudgmental trauma-informed environment to help foster healing and wholeness in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addictions, trauma, and life transitions, including premarital counselling and spiritual issues.
