Sierra is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist who believes in the transformative power of creativity and connection. Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey. By integrating traditional counselling with expressive arts, Sierra helps clients navigate challenges, explore emotions, and uncover their strengths. She creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their stories and develop personalized strategies for growth and resilience.

She specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues. Whether through conversation or art-based approaches, Sierra meets clients where they are and guides them toward clarity, healing, and personal growth
Education, Focus Areas, and Modalities
Sierra holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology: Art Therapy from Adler University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Design with a Minor in Psychology from Trinity Western University. Her diverse professional experience includes work in recovery centers, housing societies, and therapeutic art settings. Sierra’s practice incorporates internal family systems, Adlerian therapy, trauma-informed care, and art therapy to provide holistic, client-centered support.
